Today discover a new team portrait. We have chosen to introduce you to a member of the development team: Alex. Through these few lines, you will discover a part of his personal history and his professional background.
Alex’s career path
Alex has a passion for science and mathematics, and in school he was always good at both. That’s why he chose to work after high school in the dematerialization of the health system in his native country, Romania. He was 19 years old at the time and worked as a technician for two years. At the end of these two years, he wanted to change his life and went to Bucharest to open up to new opportunities. He then joined the Medavante company, where he was in charge of customer service, interacting totally in English with the different interlocutors. Because of the sector of activity of this company, it remains related to science and mathematics.
After two years in this position, he decided to change his career and entered a preparatory school with the aim of entering the technical department of a science university. He passed this prep school and entered the school. After the first year, he left Romania to join his family who had been in France for 5 years. We are now in 2018, and he wants to see what this country can bring him professionally, and to see if the French life near his family corresponds to his expectations.
Alex starts to learn French and enrolls in a web developer training. After several months of following this training, he realizes that it does not meet all the criteria necessary for the realization of the trade. He then decided to start working in the restaurant business. Her objective during this job was to improve her French.
At the same time, the idea of becoming a developer did not leave him. He enrolled in a new training program at ENI and left his job as a team member to follow the course for 8 months (6 months of training and 2 months of internship).
At the end of the training he starts looking for a job as a web developer and joins us in October 2021.
His CV arrived in Jerome’s hands through a person who had posted an ad on a job group dedicated to developers. The two directors of the company registersecurite.com decide to give him a chance and the adventure starts for Alex.
Who is he in his personal life?
He is passionate about drawing, especially architectural drawings. His passion for science and technology still drives him.
He loves winter sports, they bring back memories because in his childhood he spent time with his grandparents in the mountains. Alex is very close to his family.
In terms of sports, he loves basketball and like many of us, he loves to travel.
Alex is a quiet member of the team but he is very involved in his work. He is concerned about the well-being of others and is always ready to help find a solution in case of difficulty.
What he likes about registresecurite.com is the atmosphere, but also the product we offer to our customers. The pure code that results from the solution is very challenging for the team, as the techniques used are very advanced and the requirements need to be thought through to propose the right solution.
The management set up by Alban allows him to exchange freely with all the members of the team, which allows everyone to learn and grow on a daily basis.
